How do I obtain a real estate license?

  • This process requires successful completion of a 48-hour pre-licensing course, followed by a Missouri State and National exam. Additionally, you must be sponsored by a Missouri State Licensed Real Estate Broker such as WEICHERT, REALTORS® - First Tier. Lastly, you must complete a 24-hour forms education class.
